Brief: To analyze and improve behavior of prospects on the website and build recommendations for the new website
Approach:
Templatolio suggested that a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) study is conducted to understand behaviour and suggest recommendations on the existing website. To this end, a battery of CRO tests were done and data analysed. These included heatmap, eye tracking, mouse click testing with funnel and form analysis. These were coupled with data from google analytics. The recommendations resulted in a noticeable increase in leads generated from the same traffic with a user friendly website.
